February's Guest Speaker Program on Nutrition

A summary of Ms Nancy Tschiltz's talk "Eat Well, Live Well" will be published in the May Us TOO newsletter sent to you via this e-News.

Nancy is the registered dietician for the Integrative Cardiac Health Project (ICHP), an excellent program offered at Walter Reed. It is a comprehensive cardiovascular risk reduction and overall health promotion program which focuses on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress reduction. It is a self-referral program.
